   A Chocolate Truffle is a french dessert traditionally made with a chocolate ganache centre and covered with cocoa powder, nuts, coconut flakes etc. It's center is fudgy and gooey packed with the rich and sweet chocolate ganache. There are a lot of varieties of this dessert and I'm going to share probably the most basic and simple recipe for this. <3


 i n g r e d i a n t s :
  •  1 cup milk chocolate 🤎
  • • 1 cup dark chocolate 🖤
  • • 90ml Milk🥛 
  • • 40 g (9.5 tsp) Unsalted Butter 🧈 
  • •Tempered Chocolate 
  • • Cocoa powder 
  • • Chopped Nuts

i n s t r u c t i o n s :
  1.  Using a double boiler melt the milk chocolate and dark chocolate with the butter 
  2.  After that pour in the milk and mix until combined.
  3.  take a mold of your choice and pour in the mixture. Refrigerate it till it hardens 
  4.  For the last and final step cover the hardened truffle with the toppings of your choice such as tempered chocolate, chopped nuts, sprinkles etc. 

I highly recommend dipping the truffles in tempered chocolate. It gives it a hard shell and a soft inside. I'll share how to make tempered chocolate at home later
